It was a great value for the size of the apartment that we got, but not the best expereince overall. Probably not the safest complex to live in. I was offered drugs by a fellow tenant twice. Too many fires with no prevention measures. Car ran though the club house next to my apatment building. Police around way too often. Also, The bathroom in the apartment above me leaked into my batroom three different times, and was never fixed properly. Dumpsters are way to far away from apartment buildings. Bad location of outlets, phone lines and cable lines. Very poor grounds upkeeping. Management is not bad, but they only do just enough to get by. Other than that, it's not a bad place. I wouldn't recommend it though. Not cheap enough to deal with the stuff that you have to deal with.
