Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
For the price it really is not that bad of a community. Its kept up well. All these bad ratings come on now you have to admit the part of town your living in. Plus for that price in that part of town what can you expect. Im very happy with it and as comfortable as I could be. I do recommend it and if you dont go to the other side of town.
