This place is just lousy. I have been living here two years due to low funds. I have experienced 2 lapses of 2 weeks with no heat, 2 lapses of a week or more with no AC, a constant running toilet, a leak in my kitchen ceiling that it took management 6 hours to fix, a break-in in which the police were less than helpful since it took 2 hours to get to this ghetto-A$$ed place due to all the freaking CRIME here and let's see what else' Oh yeah. 5 fires in this complex since I moved in! If that's not enough for you check this out. I had 5 cars next to mine broken into in the same night and no one seemed to notice...why' Because they are all freaking scared to go out after dark! Wait wait wait...how about this' Go to www.newsok.com and click crimetracker. You can type in 12200 Heritage Park Rd and see that in 2003 there were 2 rapes, 10 robberies, 19 assaults, 57 burglaries, and 10 car thefts in a .25 mile radius of here! Enjoy!!!
