First of all, the washing machine always sounds like it is about to take off. The garbage disposal has been broken since the day we moved in, and maintence has been in to "fix" it several times. The thermostate has never worked correctly and once they tried to say that we broke it and almost charged us for it, until my fiance (now husband) told them where they can stick it. The neighbors think they can walk in the driveways at all hours of the day and night, and no one can read the "Reserved Parking" sign. The carpets are stained beyond repair. It's just discusting.
