Maintenance Hell!!

Within the first week that my roommates and I moved in...we were very unhappy with the maintenance, and how long it took to get someone to come out!! We would put in a request, and wouldn't even hear from anyone until the next 3-4 days, and just because we put in a request doesnt mean they'll get to it ASAP!! Its more like, whenever they feel like they've pissed u off enough!! Bad place to stay if ur wanting to have A/C when it's burnin up, clean carpet when you move in..or etc..anything else that would be needed to live in a comfortable place!!
