My roommates and I were pretty excited to find a 4 bedroom place in OKC, but we have have grabbed it too soon. Yeah, the "apartment" is ok, but there are so many problems living here.

Problems:
1.) 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom ... you do the math
2.) We're in "Unit A", so we have no number. At least 10 things were "returned to sender" because they didn't understand our address. Also, get ready for the pizza people to get irritated. You don't get free pizza even after an hour.
3.) Our tires were slashed by some mother f'r TWICE in the same week. What did the apartment do about it' A lot of nothing!
4.) Some of the kids that live here are the weirdest kids I've ever seen in my life. They may be 8, and they just beat each other up for fun. Weird. They played on our roof, too.
5.) Maint' Yeah, right! I had to repaint a lot of stuf here when we moved in because they did such a horrible job.
6.) Vaulted ceilings = $300 gas bill every month (thermostat is on 69 in the winter).
7.) Drug deals go down out here. I'm not making it up. My roommate has to be at work at 4:30 to open up the store, and he's seen at least 3 deals go down in the past few months.
8.) For a week straight, I visited the office complaining about random stuff. Each day the same chick was like, "Do you live here'" By day 3, I wanted to shoot her. She's dumb.
