I am glad to see a website that now post reviews for apartments. I lived here after I graduated college and started a job on the northside. My first time living on the northside and my experience there was terrible. The first three months were pretty good, til I noticed more bad people moving in. Then, my aprtments gets broken into in the mid day of daylight!!!!! Oh I know someone had to see my computer being carried around the complex......When I told them that my apartment had been broken into the staff there acted like they did not care...I told them that I was definitely moving out when my lease ended, which was a month and a half before it ended, so I started looking for an apartment well I was not told to give a written notice, so when I found my apartment and told them 3 weeks in advance, they still charged me a months rent after I moved out, although I had told them verbally I was moving out a month and a half ago.... BEWARE OF THIS PLACE IT IS REALLY BAD AND THEY HAVE FIRES ALL THE TIME!!!!!!! oh and if you are staying there ask maintenance for these clips to go on your windows, that is how I was robbed, they lifted on the windows still they broke the cheapy plastic locks they have on them......
