I disagree with the comments regarding the manager of this complex. Sadly, the job of the manager is to enforce policies. In every business, someone has to do it. There is not one complex that guarantees your security and if that is what you want then you need to move back home with mommy and daddy. The real world is tough and bad things are going to happen everywhere. People need to stop trying to point fingers for the hand they were dealt!
