Although there are mixed reviews regarding this apartment complex, I cannot agree with those who have a positive perspective. This review is coming from a female law student in her early 20s. I have many times tried to work with the office managment regarding the repair of outdoor safety lights in the parking areas and walkways. For five months now there have been several lights out near my apartment. I have been in to the office numerous times asking for them to be fixed and even have shown maintenace personell the lights in question. They still are not fixed. This is very much a concern for single women who do not make it home during daylight hours. Other than that, the actual apartments are average to below average in quality. If you are looking for something where you will feel safe and comfortable, this place it not it.

FIrst of all, it makes me quite suspicious to see a review from someone who will not put their name on the review. Second, the accusatory tone regarding others commenting is very immature and completely lacking tact whatsoever. I am neither a person who cannot afford to live in an apartment nor a person who was evicted. I am a LAW STUDENT. I would still never recommend these apartments to anyone. Whenever I talked to anyone in the office regarding a problem, they BS'ed me by saying they would take care of it. For 9 months they told me they'd fix lighting. They did not. I never felt safe getting home late at night from studying. As a matter of fact, I spent many nights at friend's apartments for just that reason. If you are looking for safe housing as a female in OKC, do not get anything in the general area. You WILL NOT feel safe. Also, there was never parking when I got home. I had to make a trek to my apartment from dark parking spots a long way away. Thank goodness nothing happened to me. The owners would have never survived that lawsuit, that is for sure.

This time I posted my username... Does it really matter if anyone knows my name?? Its my opinion that counts. Put it to you like this.... if you are so smart, a law student and a single female why wouldnt you check out the community online first anyways?? Instead of posting negitave comments online after you already moved out?? Sounds to me like you are holding a grudge about the whole lighting issue. And if you were so worried about parking, why didnt you just get a carport??? Hope this helps you move on with your life..... Good luck and good riddance.

Yeah, you gotta watch those "negitave" comments. Mr Hatedon, I don't understand how you could ever like that apt complex, nor defend it. It is awful. No questions asked, awful. At no point should anyone feel unsafe where they live. EVER. That's completely unacceptable. You sir, are an idiot.
