first off no apartment complesx is Perfect. This one is no different. I am not sure who is to blame. I feel that is the tru problem. The left hand doesn't talk to the right hand. I decided to upgrade to a two bedroom and two bath from a one bedroom apt. Was told they would get me the best place and take care of me. They took care of me alrught. Several cals to get the same things fixed over and over. and now the electric bills are over 200 a month when others only pay 80. Interesting isn't it' anyhow definitely on the list of not to rent here.
