They are overpriced and falling apart. The maintenance is a joke, they don't fix anything- at most they rig things so they don't have to replace them. The locks on all of my windows are broken, the bottom of the bathtub is cracked, my air conditioning goes out every other week. They don't do anything about complaints regarding noise. The playgrounds were littered with broken beer bottles and drug pipes, cigarette butts, hypo needles and tons of trash until I cleaned them up myself- the office didn't do a thing about it. There are always fights breaking out in the parking lot. My neighbor was dragged out of her apartment and beaten by two strange men. My husband's back window of his car was busted out, my neighbors had their living room windows busted out. Some pizza places won't even deliver here because they've been robbed too many times. DO NOT RENT HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL place to live.
