I have been a tenant for 9 years. There are no scoprians in Heritage parks apartments, and last time I checked, none in Surburbia Roseville. Stop smoking crack kids. Now on the other hand, some tenants do have snakes. I have no comment on that. Security is..a flip the coin situation. You could flip and have heads being great, with tails being they suck, and either end it landed on you would be right. They aren't that bad to live in. Yea when you get the stupid 19 20 year olds who can't control their stereo and party, noise is a problem but it's a family community and all my neighbors are very good. I have no complaints in that area.

Are you joking? I found TWO scorpions in my apt when i lived there. One of them was hiding in my husband's pants and stung him. They are those tiny, tan ones, not some ------- monster scoprion. By the way, it's spelled "scorpiOns", moron.

I have killed two scorpions in my apartment too!! Yep, they are tiny, tan ones. I have two little boys which I fear they may get stung by one. The apartments comes and sprays, but it doesn't do any good!
