When I moved to Heritage Park, I had a friend lived there. They thought it was an OK place and was cheap. However, several months after I moved, my friend's home was broken in, and they left. Although it is a gated community, but anybody could walk in without access card. My apartment's air condition always had a bad smell. I asked to check it for several times, but I didn't know whether they did anything for me, because their maintenance staff never leave any notes. I moved out before the second summer. They promised to further clean the carpet when I moved in, but they didn't; and they charged me unreal clean fee when I moved out.
Overall, the rent was cheap, but the community was old and not safe. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
