Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
me and my boyfriend moved in dec of 07,we had some carpet spots and spots on the ceiling, and the closet door had some issues. we have had major problems w/ our bath tub, it keeps peeling, we have had them "fix" it 3 times and now its peeling again! Noise is sometimes a problem on the weekends, people think everyone should hear their music. I dont know any of our neighbors. parking is a mess, for starters its on a hill and then most nights you have to park way on the other end. I NEVER had a "pest" problem, i have been here for now 3 months and have had only one baby cricket. So overall its not to bad you get the same at every apartment, it just maintance, parking, and noise thats a little annoying...
