My husband and I have lived in Hunter's Ridge for about 6 months now. We have made complaints to the manager repeatedly about the noise level of our upstairs neighbor. The woman upstairs bangs on the floor, walls, etc., plays her music/tv so loud that we can make out every single word, vaccuums in the middle of the night, and used to have a headboard that banged so hard against the wall while she was having sex that it would wake us up all the time. We have made the noise complaints directly to the manager and/or the leasing agent, we've called the office and left messages on their answering machine because they never answer the phone even during business hours & we've tried to call security repeatedly & the security guys will never show up. I've called security at least 4 times now without them showing up. I've called the apartment office about that same amount of times and left messages without the manager ever responding. I've went into the office several times about issues. Today we went in to make a complaint because the woman upstairs came down & started pounding on our door yesterday demanding that we open our door 'cuz she was mad that we hit our ceiling with a pool stick to let her know that the noise she was making was bothering us. The manager claimed we had never reported any problems other than the headboard & said it was just "hearsay" that I called and left complaints on their answering machine. She had the nerve to blame us for everything when we've went to them time after time to get stuff done. DO NOT RENT AT HUNTER'S RIDGE.

If that were me, I'd go to the ------- apartment and have a little talk with her!! There's no need to put up with that crap!
