If you are thinking about living in the Invitational I would otherwise reconsider. Parking is absolutely horrible and noice can be a problem. I had a fairly hefty ladiy living above me and all I could here was her walking around all the time. Ventilation is the worst. The two people living above me smoked and so my apartment smelled like smoke all of the time, it was awful. Management will put on a nice show for you with all the hoopla, but this is not the best experience ever. It is way to over priced for the quality of life you get here. I am sure it was great back when it was first built, but now it is just your regular OKC apartment. They will rent to anyone, even though they put on this big production with the Credit Scoring and all. There was actually three families living in one apartment and as of today they probably still are. There was this red car on the west side of the complex with no window that is definetely still parked their today. Dont forget about this purplish Dodge Dynasty out in front of, I think building 12843, or so that had not moved for at least a month. The only part that would make one feel safe is that the police station is right across the street. The worst part is the bull crap they tell you. For safety reasons, no one is supposed to have a grill on the second floor, but look up and you will see one on every other balcony. In summary, just dont do it. Service is good but other than that you will catch on to the show they put on for you. But then again, if you like the faint smell of marijuana and a bunch of high school and you college kids running all the damn time, than this place is for you.
