I've lived here for two years. First in a one bedroom, then in a two bedroom. My one bedroom was right by the waterfall and the pool. My experience here has been all good. I've never had to wait for maintenance. They have always been there the same day. I can't really figure out what criminal activity and other shady ongoings some reviews are talking about. I did a lot of research before I rented, and the crimetracker numbers were good, not to mention the police department is right across the street. I have great neighbors and plan on staying until we buy a house.
