Doen't beleive the management on most of the stuff they say just because most of the leasing agents are HOTT!! Overall these apartments are one of the better complexes in the NW OKC area. You have to remember that you are in an apartment complex and not a house, so of course you will have people of all types and some you won't care for, just part of living in an apartment. The pond and stream views are nice but not as nice as they used to be. Management is going down hill though mainly cause of lower class employees now. Very easy apartments to get in your furniture so whoever made the floor plans used there head. I'm satisfied here for what you can expect out of an apartment. They do need to put a weight limit on the animals cause the trashy people that are moving in are bringing big pitbulls and there are several that run loose all the time now. I just say if better management could come in and get a grip on things then the Invitational would be PERFECT for an apartment. If management don't change soon you can expect the Invitaional to start looking like the other property they own, the Raindance Apartments. I blame management for the place going downhill. But I beleive this can be changed if we could just get new management here. I have been here for two years this month and in the past 8 months is when I have noticed things to start going to crap really fast. I beleive in paying higher rent to live in an area away from all the trash but trash is moving in now so either lose the trash or lower the rent is what I say.

Have you thought threw on what the description of "trash" means? I think the property is very well kept up, reguardless of the staff, where i live it is extremely nice and my neighbor has a pitbull. She takes it out on a lesh all the time, and I never see dogs just running around. i think if you are unsatisfied with what is gong on, move! Because personaly, I think it is great here.
