Overall great place to live! Dispelling some of the negative comments.

I moved from some very expensive nice apartments to the Invitational about 8 months ago. I am the most paranoid person in the world and I feel safe at the complex. Other than, an occasional base from an adjacent apartment, it is relatively quiet. Maintenance is very efficient and reliable and management is very accommodating. My only complaint is the dog crap that is everywhere, but that comes with living at an apartment complex. Walk on the sidewalks and not the grass. The Invitational is not in the ghetto. I know the ghetto and I have lived in the ghetto. If you head a couple of miles east on NW 122nd then you will find the ghetto. Every place you live isn't perfect, overall I would give the Invitational a really great rating and I would recommend it to others as well. I have never witnessed any criminal activity on the complex. I'm not saying it doesn't occur, but I think most of the residents are good people not engaged in that type of activity. The majority of the residents enjoy living at the Invitational, and no, I am not being endorsed by management, I am a regular resident with some comments. Thanks.
