I could not recommend anything about this place. The parking is terrible. There is minimal and ineffective outdoor lighting. You have to walk through lots of dark areas to get to your apartment from the parking areas.
I have had nothing but maintenance issues since moving in. These are not little issues either. When it was 2 degrees outside my heater did not work and I was told that isn't an emergency.
I have had leasing agents speak to me as if I am a 12 year old. They tried to turn the problems in my apartment around to be my fault. Apparently, their have a month and a half notice that I was moving in (a date chosen by their own staff) was not enough to get my apartment CLEANED!
I am not a complainer. I lived at another complex owned by a different management company for over a year and called about an issue one time. I have had to call about my heater alone 3 times in less than 2 months.
Also, the property management company is impossible to find information on which is pretty shady. I had a friend who worked for one of their other properties. She told me that I should never have signed a lease with these people because they were terrible to deal with about anything and try to get out of their part of the deal. DO NOT MOVE HERE OR TO ANY OTHER ALLSTATE MANAGEMENT PROPERTY!!!!!

OH and this place has the thinnest walls possible. I can hear my neighbor COUGH!!!
