I live here and was intending on moving at the end of my lease to move somewhere cheaper. After visiting the other complexes in this area I realize what a nice place this is. I thought that I might write horrible things about the other complexes I went to but instead I will let you figure that out for yourself. The Invitational is very pretty and has a very nice office and maintenance staff. I have never encountered the situations I have read about and I go to the office a few times each month to pay rent and pick up the MANY packages I have delivered. The only downside to this place is the PARKING. The spots closest to my apartment are very narrow and I am just waiting for the day my new car gets door dinged. I did ask the manager about what could be done and she told me that this month the spots will be redone so that may help. One other note is the school being built across the street...the red dirt blowing around this place is CRAZY! Don't bother cleaning your car until the school is done because the second you park, your car will have a thin red film all over.
