Invitational Apartments

Loved it here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   It's a great location, right across from the police station, right around the corner from the hospital. Located in a very nice residential area in front of the Greens, right down the street from Quail Creek, it has more of a homey, residential neighborhood feel rather than an apartment complex atmosphere like those of the comlexes just up the street a few blocks. It's close to major shopping and dining areas, and right off the highway, with easy access to Lake Hefner Parkway. Easy to find, easy to commute. It's very nice, very clean. Maintainance workers are fast, effiecient, and kind. Office staff is very helpful and knowledgable, but they do seem to not cut much slack in regards to leases and deposits, probably due to the fact that it is owned by a large corporation. Pricing is reasonable, deposits are rather high, but that keeps the riffraff out. Alltogether a great place to live. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
