The apartments are pretty nice and accomadating, they are pretty affordable, I pay 560 a month for a 1 bedroom with my wife and I. We have enough living room and so forth. The best part of my apartment is the back door leads to a very nice landscaped "backyard" and patio where there is an amazing stream and pond thats is very well kept. Its a good space to bar b q and visit with friends late into the night. Its right off of Lake Hefner Parkway and makes for a quick and easy commute in the morning. Its probally 5 minutes from qual springs mall area and maybe 10 or 15 to bricktown, not to mention just a stones through from lake hefner. The residents are nice, havent heard any loud people or music and feel very safe and secure here.
All the appliaces work well including fridge w/ icemaker, washer dryer, dishwasher and garbage disposal.
Probally the biggest complaints are parking, they tried to re mark the parking spaces and did a poor job making it some tight fits sometimes for your car, but there seems to be plenty of spots around your building to make for a short walk. There is only one cable jack in the house so my wife and I can't watch cable tv in our bed room just the living.
Thats about it.
