I would not wish this place on my worse enemy!!!!!

From the day that my roommate and I signed our lease...we have had nothing but problems!

1) We were promised an apartment that met all of our needs: great location, new appliances, new carpet, quiet area. The day we came to sign our lease found out that (because of the lack of communication between the staff) our apartment had been pre-leased to someone else. Therefore, we were forced to move into another apartment. Having already put in out notice at our prior apartments, we had no choice but to take what we could get.

2) Upon moving into this apartment. We later found out that: the dryer was OLD and caught on fire, we had to contact the local fire department. When we contacted the office to inform them of the incident, they ensured us that it would be replaced. Later found out that it had not been replaced, but they had "cleaned it out". After making several request for them to replace it, for the sake of our safety...they did so.

3) We moved in the beginning of April, when it was beginning to get hot!!! We went weeks without working AC, and put in numerous work-orders to have it fixed! Their excuse: we cant fix it unless its over 80 degrees outside.

4) Parking....HORRIBLE!!! You have to walk dang near a mile to get to your apartment.

5) They have a serious issue with spiders and frogs!!! Those stupid little ponds that are supposed to be such a great look for the complex...GROSS!!!! I would stay far far away!!!!

6) Management...HORRIBLE!!!!! They dont care about anything other than your rent!!!

The list could go on...but I dont have the time!! I would just say...do NOT waste your time or money living there!!!
This place is turning into a major DUMP!!!

When we looked at this place, the dude in the leasing office was a jerk and left to take a personal call in the hallway. He had told us what apartment # was available, and when he stepped out for a few minutes I realized that right in front of us on the desk was a complaint from the previous person who lived in THAT EXACT UNIT and it said they'd moved out because of ant infestation ... the leasing guy came back in and I asked why they'd moved, he lied, and we left.

Ummmmm If you read the review I wrote...we pretty much feel the same way....sorry about the bad luck....the management does suck, well except Pam...but you have to "know her know her" to get them to listen.......
