Truth About Kristie Manor From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/29/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   The truth is, Kristie Manor North is just awful. Only 3 washing machines work, and only two dryers. Over half of the complex is condemned for mold and the other apts aren't much better. I've lived here for a little while now, and I can't believe they are still letting people move in! For just over half a thousand a month you can get an apartment that you have to scour twice a week with bleach. Good deal. I don't recommend it to ANYONE.
