This is not the place to live unless you like living in a place where nothing gets fixed right, it's either painted over or ignored. Any time you call maintenance for something, they come look at what your complaining about and tell you what they are going to do then never come back. The only plus side is they keep a regular regimen of pest control. The bed rooms are huge which leaves little space for the kitchen/dinning room. The stair wells leading up to the upper apartments are rotted and molding. The bathrooms are small but adiquate and the living room is nice with a huge window so you can look at the side of the building next to you unless you got an apartment thats on/facing the street which is only 1/8th of the apartments on the grounds. Management was not dificult to find, they were either in the office or out back smoking. Lastly, the coin laundry rooms were open and anyone could come in and walk off with your clothes if you were to leave them unattended.
