This place is terrible!! They have the worst management and worst/laziest maintenance workers I have ever seen. Anytime you need to have anything done maintenance wise, be prepared to wait a week, and that includes issues like: toilets backed up, windows leaking during rain and getting all over the carpet. My worst experice was when my wife and I were about to leave and we noticed water coming out of our vents (we are on the bottome floor). Before long, we hade water pouring out of our vents and this was about 7:00p.m. We called the maintenance emergency line and left 4 messages before someone called us back about 7:30p.m. He told me to calm down and he would be there. No joke, 20 minutes later he called to say he was leaving his house which was off property. 1 and a half hours later, he turned the water off and called a carpet layer out and left, no apologies, nothing. I vented to the management about it and they told me to write a letter and she would forward it to her supervisor, guess what, I never received a call or a letter or anything from her supervisor, (like it was really sent.) All in all, if you rent here you are out of your mind and you WILL REGRET IT. And i would GUARANTEE that you will.
Oh yeah... and someone tried to steal my car on Christmas, and you can hear our neighbors fighting through the paper thin wall and the electricity is so expensive because of all the drafts in the house...
And get this, when we had a big rain strom a few weeks ago, a couple of the apartemts had to be evacuated because the ground next to them actually caved in. That area is near the dock where the overflow is

P.S. Our rent started at 474 and worked it's way up to 509, at my job, I have to do a good job to get a raise...

The apartments are replacing a drainage pipe that is probably original to the apartments. I live on the lake, and NO ONE had to be evacuated. The maintenance guy put up fencing and they are piping water out of the lake so that when we had all that rain the past few months my apartment was not flooded from all the water. Some people are si dense.
