Lakeview Towers Apartments

Very iffy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I would read the comments listed in the Tiffany House section before renting at the Lakeview Towers, as both properties have some of the same problems. There are not enough maintenance people for the building, so most of the problems will never be fixed. Local management will be overworked and ineffective; absentee owners don't care. The same plumbing problems exist; if you happen to get an apartment that has faulty plumbing above it, you will be sorry. It can never be fixed, and your ceiling will cave in over and over. Security can be a problem, as it's pretty easy for just about anyone to get into the building. The parking lots are not secure. The HVAC generally worked pretty good. The pool was never clean, nor were the chemicals ever in balance. Good views, decently cheap rents, but again some problems with quality of renters there.
