I lived there this summer and stayed for 3 months. Thankfully got a job out of town and was able to break my lease. It only took 3 months to realize what terrible mistake I made. First of all, why have a gym with equipment that does'nt work. Second of all, why offer all BILLS PAID if you can't even control your AC or heater, which by the way does'nt work either. (Now you know why you see all the additional AC units hanging off half the building.)Also, why offer or say you have security and surveillance if theirs not anyone watching your property other than the thieves stealing your stereo at night. OOh... and lets not forget the fungal organisms living in the the blue cool looking pool in the back. How do I know, lets just say my roomate was the ginee pig. And to top it off, I just found out that they never took me off the lease for their Convenience, so the hell with my credit. Right. luckly for me that I kept the notorized release of lease signed by myself and management.
