We've been let out of our lease because they are not able to resolve maintenance issues. We lived on 15 and the roof started to leak on June 1st and leaks to this day. After a month of botched attempts to fix it we were transferred to 6. It has fleas and reeks of animal urine. I am now covered in around 100 bites from my feet up my legs and on my arms. Only by contacting the management company (Pacific
West) were we able to obtain any concession, however, indifference is pretty much the policy of all involved. They brilliantly waited all winter and spring then began repairing the pool in late June. The weight machine has been broken since at least 2002. Maybe no one on site cares, maybe the management company is worthless, but I'll bet the owner is to blame for letting a great building at an awesome location with huge potential come to utter ruin. And Mr./Mrs. Owner, if you're reading this--wake up. 0% rating, yeah, you suck. Badly.

The building is much better now. With a new owner that is much more willing to spend the time and money fixing things up. We have a beautiful new pool, new exercise equipment, new laundry machines and so forth. My family loves living here! SUCH an awesome improvement!
