I have lived at Lakeview Towers about 5 months, the maintenance is super, they quickly respond to our requests, doing the job well. The pool took forever to open this year, they were "waiting on bids" to get the pool fixed. Same thing w/ the elevators, only one has been in use for a while, it's really frustrating when people are moving in and out, b/c it takes forever just to get to the lobby. The reception and management is really friendly, they seem to take the job serious.... I never hear noise from neighbors, except while in the hall. The parking lot sucks, never a spot past 9pm. I do like the security doors b/c it keeps people from wandering in. I was told there are no pets allowed however I do hear and occasionally see pets. Overall, Lakeview Towers is a great place to live, you have to forgive some things b/c of the buildings age, but it is in great shape considering.

I was thinking about moving in here, now I wont. Thanks for letting me know how big a mistake moving here would have been.
