AWESOME location, HORRIBLE building and NIGHTMARE management. If management answers the phone (about 1% of the time), they "make a note of it" and then don't do anything. Security' What security' They NEVER answer the phone, and have NEVER returned a phone call. I've NEVER seen a security person. People throw beer bottles off their balconies into the pool and onto cars in the parking lot, and even when you tell management specifically who it was that you saw throw it, they "make a note of it" and don't do ANYTHING about it. Neighbors with loud music' Management doesn't care, and security never answers the phone. If you bang on the wall, they just turn the music up louder to drown out your banging. Look at the building, and you'll see it looks like it belongs on the south side of Chicago, in the public housing projects. Appearances aren't decieving here. The owner company is a slum lord, and the local managers are ghetto gnomes that care about nothing other than collecting your rent check and "making a note of it".

It's that worthless ----- Amanda! They should get rid of her! She does nothing to improve this place and she doesn't care about the residents!
