i wouldnt recommend lakeview to anyone unless you have alot of patience. i have only lived a short amount of time and have had numerous problems. when your trying to clean house the water is off because the water line keeps breaking and the air conditioners keep breaking! its hot as hell in our building. the get things fixed pretty quickly around here but its just one problem after the next though. it does also help that the head maintence guy is sexy as hell though.

I agree that you must have patience to live here. Management seems to be currently distracted but they seem to try. Location used to be premier in the 80's but not so much now; therefore, it requires more effort. Fix the sign at the top so it doesn't look so ghetto. Cleanliness of hallways and elevators seem to be low priority; maybe some training for the custodian? Of course, this may not be such an issue if all the residents were thoughtful of their neighbors and cleaned up after themselves.
