I moved in to the apartment in May. I had air for probably a week before it went out. There was no notice that the air conditioning was an issue anywhere on a flyer or a newsletter, even the person giving me the tour of the place didn't say anything. Finally it was the 1st week in june when I asked about it, when I called down to mention my air was having an issue (and again i didn't know anything was going on) i was told very rudely by the so called respectionist (who just sits down there all day and paints her nails) that everyone is experiencing problems and she'd put me on the list. 4 days prior to that I called to mention that my toilet was not flushing and that my drain in the tub needed to be snaked cause it wasn't draining. The property manager told me that she'd send someone to fix it the next day... the next day has yet to come. I called 3 times since then to only be told that they are working on whats important (i dont know what that is cause the air conditioning still is not fixed) and here it is july.

the maintance crew is uncertified in everything they do. They haven't taken the class to learn to care for the pool. Just last week it was mountain dew green because they don't give enough of a ---- to care for the pool. they opened it up a week after memorial day and now they are thinking about closing it early... uh. why' We have no air, its the only means of cooling down.

Alot of elderly people live here along with alot of families, especially with babies. My neighbor had to send her kid to her moms for over a month now because of the heat.

I also heard from a maintance guy that Codi (the manager) is going to start eviciting whoever is complaining about it. Which is completely illegal. how about you just fix what we're paying for. No one is paying rent until the issue is fixed.

I plan on moving, and breaking my lease. which i can legally do now since it's been so long.

Please please do yourself a favor and do not move in here. I've talked to people who've lived her for a while and every six months the air becomes an issue.

Avoid it for your own health reasons.
