Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I have lived at the tower for almost a year now, with my sister. We've just signed a extention on our lease for an additional year, and we really like it. Our place is all bills paid, and we have a pretty cool view of the lake (hefner). The only problem we've had so far is that when we moved in we had a free month and the office sent us a letter, stating that our "rent was late" I called and the guy in the office took care of it and I agree with the covered parking being too high @ 35.00 monthly!!
outside of those issues, we've really liked living here, and will probably be here untill I buy a house.
