The office staff have been so nice to me my entire stay here. And I've been here a lot because my "jobs" have been studying, and now taking care of a new baby. They are great about working with tenants to solve any problems that arise. I hate to leave a good staff behind! That is the single hardest thing to find when apartment shopping. One example: I've been in the office when a guy walked and yelled about a satellite dish, and the office staff didn't get ugly with the man. They sat down and figured out a place for him to use to place his satellite dish and he left the office calmed down and smiling.
I always like to review a place on my way out. I've only lived here about 6 months, but one positive I have discovered about this place are that the staff takes noise complaints seriously. I had a 2am partier above me when I first moved in. The guy went out quite a lot and stomped around when he was drunk. After a few complaints, the office staff persuaded the drunk stomper to transfer from the 4th to the 1st floor. This made all of us happy. He could do his drunk lead foot routine, and I got to sleep uninterrupted. Its nice to see a staff try to please everyone for once. My experience is that they try to make everyone as happy as they have the power to do. There aren't any queen bee sorts in the office here. That is a huge positive.
