I have loved living here. The apartments are so pretty with better amenities than anyone else in the downtown area. I personally think the bad reviews on here are from the same crazy-mad person. I have found it to be a wonderful place to live. My favorite part of this property is the parties and events every month for the residents. I was not from Oklahoma and met so many great people. I also love the garage that is so well lit and secure. Being a single girl it is so important to feel safe, which I always do. I recommend living here to anyone.

Living there is Great, but wait until you get ready to move. Trust me I am not a Crazy mad person, I have paid these people more money than you can imagine and you will to when you move and OH yeah don't plan on getting your deposit back I have yet to meet anyone who ever did. Happy Living

I was not a crazy mad person until the third flooding incident involving my apartment unit. The construction is not just "shoddy," it's absolutely sub-standard. All the plumbing systems were improperly installed and have ruptured on separate occasions in my building. It is unacceptable to be paying this much in rent and have your belongings constantly at risk of severe water damage. Also, after the change in management, I have stopped hearing about organized resident parties and gatherings.
