Word of Mouth Travels Fast... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Poor Management = Poor Service (check out the current ratings) The property manager has very poor people skills and is very unprofessional. This is a horrible reflection on the company and will do nothing but hurt a successful business. I am not sure exactly what changes need to be made but getting a new manager would be a great start. I am a homeowner that has heard many disturbing stories of how the current manager runs this complex. Unfortunately, I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone will under the current manager. I hope to hear of changes and improvements to the current management staff! Please remember: word of mouth is what builds or destroys a successful business. FYI: A lease is a "legal binding contract" with the apartment complex and all people on the lease (not just one). Therefore, everyone should be held equally responsible for any fees incurred. So, (if you have roommates)don't let them fool you has they have others on sticking you with the bill. If one or more roommates move out, it is the responsibility of the apartment manager to have the remaining people (or person) on the lease sign off acknowledging and taking full responsibility (but also qualifying and/or reapplying alone for the apartment). BEWARE: I was informed that the manager feels that she is "in charge" and has the authority to change the rules as she goes. Just make your life easy and look for another place to live until upper management gets a handle on the attitude problem with the current manager and works out the kinks with their office staff. **All this information I have provided will be submitted to the corporation or entity that manages this property (if there is one).
