Terrible management!!!!. I know apartments are businesses just like anything else, but this place is unreal. People are looked at as $$$ only. Not willing to deal with people's individual specific situations. Yeah, they look nice from the road, but inside they are cheap. Oh and by the way if you do go look at the complex wear old shoes because you will step in dog poop. Internet, cable, a joke, very bad service. Internet will tends to go out often, many times I was forced to go somewhere else to work on my homework. So, not a great place for students.
I think they take alot of pride in their security, but if the gate is broken most of the time, so that it never closes, there is not patrolling security, I hardly say that is secure. Just because a place charges alot of money to live there doesn't make is secure. My truck was broken into there, and the management could not have cared anyless. Maybe it happens so often there that they are used to hearing it'
They will screw you one way or the other. I would recommend reviewing your lease at least once a month, so to stay up with all the hidden fees that will try to stick to you. Please, please, please do not live here. You are only setting yourself up for a huge let down. Look at their ratings on here, it is obvious.
