I would like to say that I have read the reviews of Legacy Crossing. I lived at Legacy for 1 1/2 years. I enjoyed my experience there. The staff was always chipper and helpful; the property manager is great - she takes a huge amount of pride in her property. I do encourage everyone to read their lease. All too often new tenants may not pay attention to the explaination of the lease and it does become the tenants responsibility to understand what the lease states prior to signing and moving in. Speaking as an experience renter, their contract did not have "hidden clauses" or "hidden charges." Their agreement read the same as many of the leases that I have signed before. The rent is higher in range in comparsion to several complexes on the same street, but I believe it all depends on the environment you choose to live in. I did not experience anything negative while residing at Legacy Crossing. I recommend this complex to anyone who enjoys a higher standard of living. It may not be a ideal choice for students or persons who are looking for economy. I would live there again!
