I lived here for four years. Before, you sign a lease, inquire about the HIGH water bills and the Cable/phone/dsl. As for the water bills, they have some rigged up meter on your hot water tank which is a joke. You will pay about $35-$45 per month for water. This is the same that people living in a house pay for water sewer and trash. The phone & cable is also a joke. You HAVE to have this service by this company, ITEL. You don't have a choice. The phone service was okay but the cable is horrible. Since I have moved to a different complex, not only am I paying lower rent(My new place is just as new) but my water bill is under $20 and I have Cox for my phone and cable. I have twice as many channels than I had with Itel and am paying the same plus I have cable internet. Legacy Crossing is a JOKE. And, as the person who posted last stated, they will try to cheat you out of your deposit when you move.
