Have lived at Legacy Crossing for 5 1/2 years. Have enjoyed the apartment, as far as apartments are concerned, although they have raised the rent every year. The apartments just switched to Cox internet, cable and phone, which is wonderful. Some of the ratings on this site are awful and I would have to disagree with the hidden fees comments; overall we have been very pleased, with only a couple of bumps along the way, after 5 1/2 years. The office staff is very nice and knows us by name when we walk in.

The staff only knows residents names who are constantly in the lobby, especially for complaints. When I moved here, they didn't know my name until I was in there on a weekly basis for maintenance complaints, noise, parking, trash, etc. A few bumps along the way is a GROSS understatement!!!
