Don't move in at all!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   1. Rent is way to expensive!! You would be better off living in a rental home. 2. They'll screw you over when you move out. They try to find ways to keep your deposit. 3. If they charge you for them cleaning 2 toilets they'll only show you picture of one dirty toilet...not 2.....sounds a little shady to me. 4."If a stain seeps through the carpet then we have to replace the whole carpet" that came from one of the girls at the leasing office. 5. They won't replace the carpet until 2 days before somebody moves in. 6. If the carpet in one room is ruined...they'll replace the carpet in the whole apartment because "if it seeps through the back of the carpet then it'll be replaced." 7. If your balance is $1200...you only have 6 months to replace it. DO NOT MOVE INTO LEGACY AT ALL!! THEY'LL SCREW YOU OVER ONCE YOU MOVE OUT!!
