I have lived here for almost 2 years. If I wasn't locked into a lease that would cost upwards of $2000.00 to break, I would leave!!!!! There are several problems with this property. First, it is far too expensive. I had to pay a regular deposit, a pet deposit, a remote deposit (for the gate, which is always broken and serves no real purpose), a trash fee (so they can take my trash from my door to the dumpster twice a week, this is a mandatory fee too) and since they offer no choice for TV other than Cox cable (which I hate), I have a DirecTV dish for which they require me to carry renter's insurance liability in excess of $100,000.00. I can't imagine how my dish can possibly cause that much damage! The parking situation is not good. There are constant battles for a parking spot within 300 yards of your apartment. Residents do not clean up after their pets and the management does nothing except send out letters once every 4 months saying "clean up after your pets everyone". There is trash everywhere. Since their little "trash service" is completely backfiring and people put out their trash days before pickup, stray animals tear into the bags and garbage ends up everywhere. Needless to say, it doesn't get cleaned up. I could go on and on about the noise, the broken down cars in the parking lot and the complete INCOMPETENCE of the staff, but you should get the idea. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

I live there and I never see trash around the grounds except by people's doors who don't follow the rules and put it out too early. Gates never work consistently anywhere I have lived. Anyone who wants to get in any gate almost anywhere simply has to follow someone in. Ever think a satellite dish could fall off a balcony or patio and hit a child? That happened in Texas where I lived and the apartment complex AND the tenant who owned the dish were sued for millions. Aren't people amazing who care so little about where they live that they let their pets defecate all over their own "front yard"? I like these apartments, too bad alot of people don't seem to care about the place they pay good money to live in.

I have lived here for a little over 2 years and I agree that it is noisy, trash (beer cans specifically) around the property, poop from all them damn pets. The staff is somewhat cool. You can tell there is a problem cause they change out the staff every 6 months so that should tell you there is some sort of internal problem if the staff is unhappy working there!
