This apartment complex will nickel and dime you to death. Expect to add on another $25 dollars a month to the rental price that they quote you originally. Anything to lure you in. Also, if you sign a lease that is less than a year long, expect another $150 dollars a month as a short term rental fee. That's not a one time fee, that is $150 a month!! The apartments aren't that nice either. Certainly not worth $839 a month for a one bedroom in Oklahoma City. I recommend looking somewhere else for a place to live. There are plenty of better places around.
