The office staff is inflexable if you're buying your first home they won't let you out of your lease they didn't say they were sorry about it either. The parking is horrible you have to park a mile from your apartment. The grounds keepers are nicer than the office staff. False sense of security; my gate code stopped working they did not fix it after they said they would, almost any four numbers will get you in! I do not reccomend this apartment to anyone.
