I have lived here for a little more than two years and I pretty much kept to myself so didn't have too many problems in that area. The gate were open during peak hours meaning going to work in the morning and coming home after work in the evening. All other times they were closed and worked properly. I understand sometimes they didn't work because of the strain of a constant flow of cars coming in and out all the freaking time, but the gates were maintained. They do have courtesy officers on duty to handle complaints. Now, I personally believe they are not worth the price that they charge. Granted they come w/washer and dryer and are nicer compared to surrounding properties but definitely not worth the price. They are not that nice! I moved out because they kept increasing the rent every lease renewal. One might think that they would try to keep you there and not increase the rent! They charge crazy fees if you want a satellite dish and require you to get a ridiculous renter's insurance liability of like $100k and you have to put down a hefty deposit. The gate remote is another deposit. There is a trash fee. They just squeeze you for money in and out. The pool area is noisy at night. Even during so called "quiet hours" when the pool is closed there are still people out there being disresptful doing stuff not so appropriate in the hot tub. this place is near a college so take that into consideration-noise, noise and more noise. They change staff members frequently so i can safely tell you that the manager A_ _ IE sucks. I will just leave it at that. People quit working there because of her so that goes to show you something. She is young and inexperienced. One final thing, I was there during the ice storm of 2007 and they have OEC as their electric providers and it took forever for the lights to come back on where as people w/OG&E was back up and running promptly. And, OEC prices are ridiculous. Never had a bill that high in my life, not even when i lived in california. Think hard before moving here
