I lived here for almost 4 years, basically through college. Perfect for my situation, a lot of people around my age (early 20s). This can also be a problem too, noise and thin walls. I don't recommmend getting an apartment on the parking lot side. Otherwise, it's the best you'll find in the area for the price. I'm all about avoiding the laundry mat and this place is one of the few apartments in OKC that is affordable for students and have washer/dryer in units. Considering saftey, it is lacking due to, I think, other neighboring complex' lack of screening and security, and especially since more business opened up along Memorial Rd. Lincoln Greens is the best in the area all around considering price. However, if you can afford better do it, I did.
