I have written a review on this apartment prior to this one, the first one was positive. This one is not. I'm sick of one of the witches they have working in the office these days. She is rude and does not belong working in a place dealing with people. Also, the appliances are so old: i.e. the dishwasher, air conditioning system, fridge, that it totally screws you over in electric costs.. I swear those have been here since the building was built. I do have to say I enjoy the people who live here though- and being able to have pets is nice, despite the HUGE pet deposit (what a crock!). We have new neighbors upstairs and I swear they have a pet elephant. How rude they are! The sprinkling system is all wacked up too- it manages to get you wet when you're typing in the pass code at the gate and it messes up any wash job you gave your car because it waters the streets more than the grass. There are no benches anywhere..no trash cans... people throw their stuff everywhere. Yuck.
