I am on my second lease with Lincoln Greens and I couldn't be happier. The maintenance is the best of any place I've ever lived, you almost always receive same day service. The office staff is great except for Kathy, steer clear from her she has no customer service skills and she's more interested in flirting with the tenants. My apartment came with new paint and carpet and it was very very clean. The electric bill stays a little high but I am on the west side of the complex on the second floor. They offer a lot of different discounts and any minor problem that has arisen has always been taken care of. If you are looking for somewhere that does not tolerate noise violations this is the place. Our neighbors were evicted because they received 3 complaints. I would recommend this complex to anybody!
